4 Mahi-Mahi Filets (approximately 4 ounces each)
10 Tbsp. Honey
4 Oz. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Blackening Seasoning
1/4 Cup Cilantro
Mix honey, lime juice, blackening seasoning, and cilantro to form a paste. Coat the grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill the mahi-mahi covered, over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Spread the past over the fish and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
