MarineMax Names TJ Rose Vice President of Coastal Region
OLDSMAR, FL (January 8, 2026)— MarineMax is pleased to announce the promotion of TJ Rose to Vice President of the Coastal Region. In this role, TJ will lead operations across multiple coastal markets, with a focus on growth, operational excellence, and delivering an elevated customer experience.

TJ’s MarineMax journey began in 1999 as a Sales Consultant in Ohio. He advanced into leadership as General Manager of the MarineMax Baltimore location and later served as District Manager, overseeing multiple stores, including Baltimore and Wrightsville Beach. In November 2018, TJ was named Regional President, where he successfully guided multi-market growth, strengthened cross-market collaboration, and played a visible role in several key store transitions across the company.
A graduate of Elon University, TJ went on to earn his MBA from Case Western Reserve University, further sharpening the leadership and business expertise he brings to his new role.
As Vice President of the Coastal Region, TJ will continue to focus on elevating the customer experience through stronger sales-to-service connections, proactive communication, and consistent delivery of excellence. He will lead efforts to grow market share and strengthen brand activation while ensuring operational excellence through disciplined P&L ownership and best practices across F&I, Service, and Storage. Central to his leadership approach is fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability that empowers teams to deliver world-class results.
