Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
1 Slab of Baby Back or St. Louis Ribs
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup McCormick Smokehouse Seasoning
1/2 Cup Molases
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Golden Raisins
2 Shallots finely diced
1/4 Cup Sherry Vinegar
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
Maple syrup to taste
Petite Peppers to garnish
Micro Greens or Frisee to garnish
Frizzled Onions to garnish
Smoked Maple Syrup to drizzle
Directions:
Mix Sugar and Smokehouse together on a Large piece of aluminum foil, season both sides of ribs, and completely wrap ribs tightly. Cook in a 300 degree oven for about 2 hours or till tender. Let ribs cool and cut to separate. In a small saucepan, cook molasses, ketchup, raisins, shallots, and vinegar. In another bowl, mix yogurt with maple syrup. Toss Ribs with molasses ketchup and heat on grill or in oven. Make a small pool of yogurt on plate, and stack ribs onto yogurt,garnish with frisee or micro greens and petite peppers. Drizzle with smoked maple syrup and top frizzled onions.
