MarineMax’s Global Treasurer Named to Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40

As MarineMax’s Global Treasurer, Seagriff has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and advancing several strategic initiatives. Under his leadership, the Corporate Finance team successfully integrated new systems across MarineMax’s national retail footprint, streamlined banking relationships, and supported ongoing investment in Florida-based operations and the broader Tampa Bay region.
Beyond his professional achievements, Seagriff is deeply involved in the community. He and his family are active parishioners of Our Lady of Lourdes in Dunedin and support local organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and Shriners Hospitals for Children. He also advocates for financial education, volunteering his time to help individuals and families better understand core financial principles.
