The New Jersey Clean Marina Program provides incentives for participation, and marinas that participate in the program enjoy many benefits. A recent survey of certified marinas in the New Jersey area indicated that 92% of participants stated that the program helped them comply with state and federal regulations, avoiding costly citations and violations while helping the environment and wildlife surrounding their marinas.
