It was a fantastic time at the Cannes Yachting Festival, an annual event that has taken place since 1977. From September 12 -17, a plethora of stunning yachts of all makes and sizes, including several Azimut Yachts, made their way to Vieux Port and Port Canto for Europe’s top in-water boat show. Cannes Yachting Festival
Picture two large ports in the heart of the beautiful French Riviera teeming with astounding amounts of boats, yachts, attendees, exhibitors, journalists, and lots of activity—and that’s only a fraction of the action that takes place at the Cannes Yachting Festival. To add to the luxury and the excitement, a successful European premiere of the high-end Aquila 42 Yacht Power Catamaran took place, displaying all the captivating features this model offers. Another launch by Aquila showcasing the Aquila 47 Molokai Power Catamaran is set to happen soon this year. -
World Yachts Trophies
Each year, during the Cannes Yachting Festival, an exclusive awards dinner gala known as World Yachts Trophies is held. During this significant event, the awards presented denote a prestigious honor elected by members of an expert panel recognizing top motorboats and yachts launched in various categories annually. This year, Galeon Yachts was the proud recipient of the "Best Evolution Award" for their Galeon 560 FLY. The 560 FLY is the flagship model of Galeon's renowned Flybridge line, representing the pinnacle of luxury and engineering in the yachting industry. -
A Journey to Remember
Azimut owners experienced an exquisite week with MarineMax at the Cannes Yachting Festival and got a chance to enjoy excursions to exciting locations outside the show. From exploring museums to tasting delectable cuisine and more, guests enjoyed a spectacular trip. Another highlight included a tour of the Azimut factory in Turin, Italy. -
