Join the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for a Boating Safety Course at MarineMax Wrightsville Beach on May 18th. This course provides the knowledge needed to obtain a safety certificate from North Carolina. The course cost is $35 per person.

Topics covered include: A basic introduction to boat types, boating law, required safety equipment, navigation aids, boating problems, trailering your boat, and watersports. After the test, a boating certificate/card will be issued.  

Spots are limited, and advanced registration is strongly recommended.
