Vinyasa Yoga with Namastay Well
Join us on Saturday May 29th for our first free Vinyasa Yoga class hosted by MarineMax Westbrook and Safe Harbor Pilots Point.
The Yoga class will be held at Safe Harbor Pilots Point Westbrook South Yard Pavilion. For GPS directions pleases follow 63 Pilots Point Dr, Westbrook, CT 06498 and signs will direct parking towards the pavilion. The class will begin at 10:30 AM, please arrive at 10:15 for parking assistance and direction for the class. The class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor from NamastayWell, Jen Martin.
Jen played Division III Women's Soccer at Suffolk University in Boston Massachusetts and completed her Bachelor's in Marketing & Business Management. After graduating, Jen taught various formats of fitness around Boston and received her Personal Training Certification.
Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that connects breath to movement. Individuals can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity. Components of a Vinyasa Yoga class include a range of standing, seated and supine poses, twists, balancing postures and targeted core strengthening. The practice is open to all levels.
