Nov. 16 - Dec. 12, 2020
Fill The Boat with Love
The Holidays are here! We are proud to announce that we have partnered with The U.S Marine Corps Toys for Tots program to collect new, unwrapped toys for the less fortunate families within the Essex & Middlesex Counties! From November 16 to December 12, MarineMax Danvers will be a drop-off site for toy donations during our normal business hours: Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Help us fill the boats with love for children this holiday season!
Please Note:
- The age groups that are in need of donations are the children from ages 0-2 and 9-12. In Middlesex and Essex counties, the decision has been made to distribute toys to children up to 12 years of age.
- Toys for Tots prefers not to accept realistic looking weapons and gifts with food. If donated, such items will NOT be distributed.
- Toys for Tots prefers new, unwrapped toys preferably around the $10 or above price range. It is unsafe to distribute dangerous or dirty toys that could cause injury or illness to a child.

About Toys for Tots:
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The Toys for Tots program wishes to play an active role in the development of one of our nation's most valuable natural resources - our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future. Local Toys for Tots Campaign Coordinators conduct an array of activities throughout the year, which include golf tournaments, foot races, bicycle races and other purely voluntary events designed to increase interest in Toys for Tots, and concurrently generate toy and monetary donations. The program is a national effort administered locally; the community in which toys will be distributed is the same community in which they were collected. The success of the program relies on volunteer support and community involvement.
