MarineMax Westbrook Announces Promotion of Robert Finch to Service and Parts Manager
WESTBROOK, CT (June 11, 2025)— MarineMax Westbrook is proud to announce Robert Finch's promotion to the role of Service and Parts Manager. Robert, who previously served as the Parts Manager, has been a valued member of the MarineMax team since March 2021.

Before joining MarineMax, Robert had a successful tenure with West Marine, where he managed several locations across Fairfield County over the course of more than a decade. His extensive marine industry experience and dedication to customer service have made him a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues alike.
Raised in the Bronx, NY, Robert developed a passion for boating at a young age while navigating the waters of Hell Gate. His connection to MarineMax runs deep; his family purchased their first Sea Ray from MarineMax Norwalk, making him a long-time supporter of both the brand and the company.
Known for his tireless work ethic and customer-first mindset, Robert has already built strong relationships within the MarineMax Westbrook community. In his new role, he looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional service and support to the dealership’s valued customers.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time on the Long Island Sound with his wife and newborn, often setting off from their hailing port in Milford, CT.
