Beth Garland Named Chief People Officer

Since joining MarineMax nearly five years ago as Senior Vice President of People Strategy, Garland has helped lead and develop many of the people-focused initiatives that support teams across the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental as the company has expanded its business, added new divisions and brands, and continued building a strong culture centered around its mission, values, and people.
