MarineMax Names New Leader for Pompano Yacht Center and Dania

His contributions were felt immediately, leading to his promotion to General Manager of MarineMax Wrightsville Beach. There, he made a significant impact, boosting financial performance and FANS scores and earning recognition as a leader and mentor across the organization.

Building on that momentum, Cary was promoted to Area Manager for the Carolinas and Georgia. In this role, he continued to demonstrate his steady, collaborative leadership style, driving growth in both sales and fixed operations while guiding teams through challenges and capitalizing on new opportunities.

In his new role, Cary will bring his strategic vision and people-first approach to Southeast Florida, with a focus on team development, market share growth, and operational excellence. His leadership is expected to strengthen MarineMax’s relationships with brand partners and stakeholders while further establishing the company’s presence in one of the world’s most dynamic yachting regions.

Cary, his wife Bette, and their dog Clicquot are excited to return to Florida. Outside of work, they enjoy boating, traveling, and dining with friends—passions they look forward to sharing with the team and customers alike.
