MarineMax Huntington Hosts New York State Boating Safety Class Ahead of 2025 Brianna’s Law Deadline
HUNTINGTON, NY (April 17, 2025)— MarineMax Huntington is inviting local boaters to participate in an in-person New York State Boating Safety Course on Saturday, April 26, 2025, providing an essential opportunity to earn the New York Safe Boating Certificate required by Brianna’s Law.

With the final phase of Brianna’s Law going into effect in 2025, all operators of motorized vessels in New York must complete a certified boating safety course. This upcoming class offers boaters the chance to get certified before the summer season begins.
Led by a certified instructor, the course delivers hands-on, comprehensive training on topics including navigation rules, emergency procedures, and responsible boating practices. Upon successful completion, participants will receive their New York Safe Boating Certificate.
