Sean Doyle

Born and raised on the waters of South Florida, Sean grew up as part of the MarineMax Family, on Getaways, fishing outings, and all things boating given that his Father, Mike Doyle is a 30-year Team Member as well as a fellow Yachts Team Member.

Growing up Sean spent his youthful years either on the soccer field, where he excelled to pinnacle levels as a Forward Striker or on the water as a commercial fisherman. Soon after graduation Sean's passion for the water led him to Hawaii, where he pursued another water related enthusiasm in surfing. Upon returning to the mainland, Sean's entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened and operated his own Yacht Management Company for 3 years.

Using that experience, Sean felt it was time to join the "Family Business" at MarineMax Pompano at the young age of 23 in Fixed Operations as a Fork Truck and Travel Lift Operator. After 1 year on the MarineMax Team, Sean was promoted into the Sales Consultant role, where he applied all his relevant life experiences, passion for the water, and with hard work and dedication he quickly began to soar to the highest levels of success within the Company, producing in excess of $65 million dollars of business is just 6.5 years in the Sales Consultant role.

Since October of 2014, Sean has achieved much success within MarineMax and is adored, respected, and revered by both his customers and team members alike. Sean's passion for the water is palpable and his customers and owners benefit greatly from that. Sean is a current boat owner and still spends his free time on the water with his friends, family and customers alike.

Sean was inducted into the Chairman's Circle in MarineMax in 2018. In 2019, Sean again achieved the Chairman's Circle recognition, finishing second overall in the Company. 2020 was another Chairman's Circle year for Sean, finishing third overall in the Company, and 2021 is presently tracking to be another podium finish for Sean in the Chairman's Circle rankings.

Sean has also won the Top Gun award at MarineMax Pompano in 2019, 2020, and is tracking to earn this recognition again in 2021.

Much of Sean's success can be attributed to his genuine care for his clients, passion for the water, for boats, and for customer service. To that end, Sean has one of the highest CSI rankings within the Company. It is this care, attention, and dedication that helped Sean also achieve the #2 Salesperson Award in the Nation for Boston Whaler in 2020, as well as the Top of the Props Club Member from Sea Ray in 2019, 2020 and the #2 overall Salesperson Award in the Nation from Sea Ray in 2020.
