Jana's journey into the marine industry began in 2007 with MarineMax, where she quickly distinguished herself. Before transitioning into the yachting industry, Jana established a thriving career in sales and management, earning multiple awards for her performance. Her proven track record in negotiation and client service makes her exceptionally skilled at securing optimal deals and providing seamless after-sales support. With a degree in marketing, an MBA, and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she effortlessly bridges cultures and navigates complex transactions across a global client base.

Over the past decade, Jana has ranked among MarineMax’s top performers, earning the prestigious Chairman Circle Award many times. Her deep expertise spans a wide portfolio of premium brands including Ocean Alexander, Azimut, Benetti, Galeon, Aquila and brokerage Yachts. Jana also brings specialized knowledge in offshore and international transactions, new build oversight, crew sourcing, and marine financing.

Outside the office, Jana loves boating, dancing, and family time. She is a devoted mom and wife, sharing life’s adventures with her husband Nildson and her daughter Isabella.
