Kyle Rice

Kyle's drive and customer focused approach has allowed him to achieve success in a short period of time. He believes strongly in the motto, “Tell them what you are going to do, do what you say, and tell them what you did.”

Kyle's passion for boating began on Lake of the Ozarks, whether it was in a fishing boat, a Sea Ray, or a Nautique. Kyle graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2008 with a degree in Business. Not ready for a 9-5, Kyle traveled to the mecca of yachting…Fort Lauderdale. He began his yachting career as a deckhand on a 142ft Richmond. Kyle was promoted to First Officer and led a team on deck to ensure a great experience for the owner and guest.

In 2011, Kyle joined the MarineMax team at Lake of the Ozarks. Wanting to get back to Florida, Kyle accepted a position with MarineMax Naples in 2015. He was a first-time MarineMax Chairman's Circle member in 2020, a distinction awarded to the top 10% in sales. He had the most sales revenue of a first time inductee to the Chairman's Circle.

Kyle is married to Ali and they have a son, Henry. In his off time, he enjoys golfing, tennis, and spending time on the water.
