MarineMax Boston and MarineMax Newport Welcome a New General Manager

Boston, MA (February 2, 2023) – MarineMax Boston and MarineMax Newport welcome their new general manager Jennifer Johnson to their team.
Prior to joining MarineMax, Jen held various positions during her seventeen-year career at in the recreational vehicle industry, where she ultimately served as the company’s VP of Operations, with responsibility for their eleven retail locations.
Jennifer Johnson, comments, “MarineMax is a top-notch organization, and I’m thrilled to have the honor to lead, develop, and learn from our talented Boston and Newport teams. The great Vince Lombardi once said, “Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by HARD effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal worthwhile!”
Jen’s strengths are team building, operations analysis, and change leadership. Born in Hawaii, raised in Arizona and spending most of her time in Dallas, TX area, Jen and her husband Kelly have two sons and a grandson. Outside of work, she loves football, boating, traveling, and working out.
Jennifer, continues, “I feel that being a leader is one of the greatest opportunities one can be given and I don’t take that honor lightly. I can’t wait to see what we do together as we move towards many successful years ahead! I am also excited and looking forward to the summer boating season and getting to know all our great customers!”
