Summary

No expenses were spared in getting the boat ready for the current owner. The boat is ready for immediate delivery!

Note that this is a 28' boat in length overall, called a 280 Sundancer in later years.

This boat was dealer delivered to the owner in April of this year, with a complete mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning, and all services up to date. It is truly in turn-key condition. Due to a change in the owners plans, the boat is available and an incredible buying opportunity. Below is a list of items that were repaired/replaced prior to delivery:

  • Replace both exhaust manifolds and risers
  • Replace IAC valve
  • Replace sea water pump
  • Replace sea water pump assembly
  • New engine oil, trim fluid, lower unit oil, and filters
  • New spark plugs
  • Cleaned head exhaust mounting surfaces
  • Adjusted drive trim
  • Cleared speedometer pickup
  • Replace A/C water hose
  • New bottom paint and drive paint
  • New zincs
  • Certified halon system

The Sea Ray 260 Sundancer helped set the standard for comfort and luxury in the smaller sport cruiser class. Small enough to handle alone and navigate backwaters, the boat also features plenty of amenities for overnight, extended stays. A single 350 Mag MPI (300 HP) coupled with a Bravo III stern drive let you cruise economically around 30 MPH and reach a wide open throttle speed of 40 MPH.
