Are you new to chartering but have an irresistible urge to experience the British Virgin Islands by sea? MarineMax Vacations will be hosting group charter trips this year. We’re calling it the first-time flotilla, although second-timers, third-timers and more are welcome too!

  • This flotilla is an opportunity to explore the British Virgin Islands with a group of other charter boaters on our boats, following an itinerary we’ve planned for maximum fun, relaxation and adventure - and it will all be led by our team. Cruise with the assurance that comes from our crew leading you and sharing all of their local knowledge of the islands and secret coves. Meet other water enthusiasts and make friends for life. You can choose to charter your own boat or hire one of our captains.

    Flotilla Itinerary

    Kick off your shoes and enjoy island life with us as we tour the British Virgin Islands.

    Day 1

    We’ll get started with a Docktail Party on our docks from 5pm – 7pm and stay the night aboard our boats. Make a stop at the grocery store for last minute items and choose to cook dinner aboard your boat or go to a local restaurant.

    Day 2

    After our 9am Captains Meeting, we’ll depart for Norman Island where you can snorkel The Caves, hike the island, jump off the Willy T or just simply relax.

    Day 3

    We’ll head out at 10am to The Baths for a day of exploring and then stay the night at Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda.

    Day 4

    Adventures continue as we head to Marina Cay for an afternoon stop and then on to Cane Garden Bay to stay the night.

    Day 5

    We’re off to Jost van Dyke! First stop will be Great Harbor to secure mooring balls and then you can choose to dingy or taxi to White Bay for an afternoon at the famous Soggy Dollar.

    Day 6

    For our last day at sea we’ll cruise to Peter Island.

    Time to head back to the base!
