The Coastal Expo put on by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Dept. This is a fun, family-oriented event with activities for all ages.
Freeport Host Lions Club Fishing Fiesta concert line up at the Freeport Municipal Park.
Free Live Entertainment. Free parking and admission to the park is free.
You will learn about Texas coastal ecosytems, why they are important, and how to protect them.
Events: Fiesta Queen Pageant, Lil Mr. & Ms. Pageant, Kid Fish, Coatal Expo,Horseshoe/Washer Tourny, Several cook offs such as: BBQ,Kid's Hamburger, Gumbo,with a Jalapeno Eating Contest. Fireworks show Saturday July 03, 2011.
